Returns must occur within 10 days of your shipment receipt. Product must be unopened with original seal and unused. All saleable returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns of products that do not meet these requirements (other than non-returnable items *see below for details) are subject to a 50% disposal fee as they cannot be resold to another consumer.
We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses. Nor are we responsible for returns sent by non-verifiable methods. It is highly recommended you obtain a tracking number from the shipping agency you choose for your return!
To return your order, please contact our Customer Service Department. Once you have a return invoice number, return your product like this:
- Place the original invoice (or a copy) inside the shipping box
- Clearly PRINT the return invoice number on your shipping box
- Ship the box by a verifiable method (UPS or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation & Insurance) to:
